熱風循環(huán)烘箱適用于制藥，化工、食品、農副產(chǎn)品、水產(chǎn)品、輕工、重工等行業(yè)物料及產(chǎn)品的加熱固化、干燥脫水。如原料藥、生藥、中藥飲片、浸膏、粉劑、顆粒、沖劑、水丸、包裝瓶、顏料、染料、脫水蔬菜、瓜果干、香腸、塑料樹脂、電器原件、烘漆等。
二、說明
⒈本機是通用干燥設備;加熱方式:蒸汽、電、遠紅外、蒸汽電 兩用，供用戶選擇;
⒉使用溫度:蒸汽加熱50～140℃<140℃;
⒊用電，遠紅外溫度50～140℃;
⒋常用蒸汽壓力0.02～0.08Mpa2～8kg/cm2;
⒌配用電加熱按Ⅰ型計算15kw、實用5～8kw/h;
⒍特殊要求可非標設計;
⒎使用溫度大于140℃或小于60℃，要在定貨時注明;
⒏本廠出廠烘車，烘盤尺寸統(tǒng)一，可以互換;
⒐烘盤尺寸:460×640×45。
三、特點
⒈控制面板采用觸摸式和按鈕式控制，操作方便，使用壽命長; ⒉大部分熱風在箱內循環(huán)，熱效率高，節(jié)約能源;
⒊利用強制通風作用，箱內設有可調式分風板，物料干燥均勻;
⒋整機噪音小,溫度自控，安裝維修方便;
⒌適用范圍廣，可干燥各種物料，是通用干燥設備;
⒍進風口備有中、高效過濾器。
Ⅰ.Scope of Application
Hot air circulating oven is suitable for the heating, solidifying, heatingdehydration of materialsproducts in such spheres as pharmacy, chemical engineering, processing of foodstuff, agriculturalsideline productsaquatic products, light industry, heavy industry, etc., covering raw pharmaceutical materials, unprocessed herbs, traditional herb laminas for drinking purposes, soaked extracts, powders, granules, granule or powder preparation for infusion in hot water, water-paste pills, packaging bottles, pigments, dyes, dehydrated vegetables, dried melons or fruits, sausages, plastic resins, electric elements, baking finish, etc.
Ⅱ.Explanation
1. The present machine is a general-purpose equipment. As for the mode of heating, apart from steam vapor, electricityinfra-red rays, there is a dual mode with the use of both steam vaporelectricity for the choice to be made by the users.
2. Temperature for use: 50~140℃ for heating with steam vapor<140℃.
3. Temperature for use of electricityinfra-red rays: 50~140℃.
4. Frequently-used steam vapor pressure: 0.02~0.08MPa 2~8Kg/cm2.
5. With the additional use of electricity for heating, 15KW is required with the calculation based on Model I; the actual power consumption is 5~8KW.
6. For special requirement, the design can be based on the non-standard type.
7. If the used temperature is higher than 140℃ or lower than 60℃, the requirement shall be specified at the time of placing an order.
8. The baking trolleys or pallets supplied by our factory are uniform in dimensions; their interchange of usage is possible.
9. Dimensions of the baking pallets:460?40?5.
Ⅲ.Features:
1. The control panels employ the touch typebutton type for control purposes, resulting in convenience in operationlong service life.
2. A greater portion of hot air circulates inside the oven, leading to high efficiencysaving of energy.
3. With the use of the function of forced ventilation, the adjustable type baffling plates are provided inside the oven so as to have homogeneous drying of materials or objects.
4. The entire machine has less noise;temperature control is automatic, resulting in convenience in installationrepair.
